Lya Sharpley-Hixon, D.M.D. is a native of Pittsburgh, PA and has been practicing in the New Orleans area since 2015. She obtained her undergraduate and dental degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. She strives to provide a compassionate and calm atmosphere for comprehensive dental care. Dr. Sharpley-Hixon is a member of several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, New Orleans Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.

 

Dr. Sharpley-Hixon lives in New Orleans with her amazing husband and many beloved pets. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, crafting, and taking advantage of all that New Orleans has to offer.
